My booking for this hotel was made on the evening of the overnight stay, because only then was I sure I would be able to catch the last train to Miranda de Ebro. And while I was booking, someone else got the last room in the cheaper room category before me. So I had to take a room in the better category, which was about 40 euros more expensive. It was on the sixth floor, had a roof terrace of about 30 square meters with a moderately attractive view of the city and was more like a small apartment of about 25 square meters than a room. The contents of the minibar were free and I drank two mineral waters. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast paid for at reception was quite good.

We have not stayed in a hotel for quite a few years - we usually use Airbnb - but decided it would be easier to stay in a hotel for just a night, en route from Madrid to Bordeaux. The hotel was close to the train station and really easy to find, quiet and cool with obliging staff who were very friendly. And we also decided to have the hotel breakfast, which was a fun reminder of why staying in hotels can be great.

Matt

We arrived quite late at night and were helped very well by the female receptionist with the check in and also with the parking which required a bit of assistance. The hotel was above expectations, if I was not just passing by the city I would definitely stay more nights. It was above my expectations for such a hotel and for such a price.

Lovely Hotel, well worth the 4 stars. Helpful staff and nice clean facilities. The bed was really comfortable, the air conditioning good and the room was quiet and spacious. The underground car park was accessed by a vehicle elevator which was a bit precarious but worked well! Excellent restaurant at the rear of the Hotel.

Mick

Room was good but a little crowed as we had 3 single beds in it. Shower great, beds comfy, and nice balcony. We only stayed one night but it was a very nice comfortable hotel.
